Sure would be nice if this place cared about upgrading their prices so you actually knew the price of stuff you wanted to order. When you pull up Google and click on their menu link its to a super old menu saying it's $5 for a personal Pizza when it's really $9. Decided to go to the drive-thru and decided to pass since I couldn't even see the price of any of their items because they use trash looking black tape to cover up their prices instead of paying to update their menu. Not sure who thought it was good to present the business that way but it's a mistake.

I have been getting the Mac and Cheese here for years. I ordered it today and they gave me what appears to be just the noodles and liquid cheese sauce. The dish is advertised as being baked, and is supposed to come with cheese and bread crumbs baked on top. If they are going to sell something missing ingredients or of a lower quality than they have in the past they need to lower the price or at least update the menu to reflect the new, inferior product.

First time checking this place out after I saw how delicious the food looked on TikTok. I got a 1/2 orders of Parmesan garlic fries and a Factory burger. Loved the burger, but wasn’t a fan of the fries. They come dry, but I think if it had truffle sauce or some kind of sauce, I would’ve liked them more. I also had the brownie , which was a big portion and chewy - super good. The boyfriend had a full size cheesy beef fries, which were really good and were a big enough portion for 2 meals. He also got the Italian beef sandwich, which was huge and tasted really good. You get your money’s worth in portion size. We did have to wait maybe 10 minutes in the drive through, but it was worth it. Overall, slept like a log after this meal! Will come back, but probably order something different.

I’m a born-and-raised Chicago guy — a true pizza connoisseur who’s had deep-dish, thin-crust, and everything in between — so I don’t hand out 5-star reviews lightly. Tonight I was in a serious time crunch and almost just grabbed something fast when the owner walked up and asked, “Got five minutes? Trust me, it’ll be worth it.” Man, was he right. The pizza that came out had the perfect crunch on the edges, a sauce that actually tasted like tomatoes (not just sugar and herbs), and cheese that was gooey but never greasy. The crust was straight-up Detroit-style — thick, airy, and caramelized on the bottom in all the right places. Every single bite was spot-on. On top of that, the place was slammed and still running like clockwork — super attentive service, friendly faces, and you can tell it’s a real family-owned operation. That personal touch made the whole experience even better. ZZA Factory, you just gained a new regular. I’ll be back (and next time I’m bringing the whole crew). Thank you for turning a quick stop into one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend — Chicago pizza snob approved. 🍕

Wow! This was the first time I’ve been to this place and it was absolutely amazing. Food was HOT and FRESH! We ordered through the drive thru and it didn’t take long at all. There was a little bit of a mix up when ordering but the cashier wanted to make it right and gave us a free cookie (which tasted great). I got the 2 hotdog meal combo which included 2 hotdogs,fries, and a drink. These were huge. The fries come wrapped up with the hotdog, which did make the sandwich a little soggy and hard to get to, but after moving the fries, the hotdog was simply delicious. Presentation wasn’t exactly there, but it made up in taste! My wife got the chicken Philly in a bowl and holy cow was that great! So fresh and tasty and the cheese melted to perfection! My son got the personal square pizza which was cooked perfectly and tasted great. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone that’s in the area and it’s definitely worth a drive to come to. We will be coming back!
